affiliation form

Now, first off, you probably know this, being affiliates means that both you and me link to each other's webpage. Most sites, if not all, have strict requirements to affiliating. Your site must be about this and this subject, must get a minimum of this many visitors a month, and cannot contain this and this. Like most sites I have some requirements you have to meet too.

• Your site cannot contain nudity, excessive violence or gore, of any kind, or any other content that can be deemed unfit for younger viewers.
• It has to have something to do with either fiction, art, or webpage design.
• You must place a clearly visible link to my site, be it text, button, or banner. Unfortunately, I have yet to create any banners, but you can link to my site by copying the code below:
